I have been ill for a while so many have lost links, have little fresh content and have lost PR. However I am back working again so hopefully things will improve.

Please don't ask for links that are off-topic or offer me poor quality links in return. I am open to suggestions but looking for quality links, preferably not directories or links pages. Strictly no gambling, porn, viagra etc.
